AI Providers (OpenAI / AI Services) – Required for AI-powered text feedback summarization and sentiment analysis. API usage requires an active provider key and costs are billed per token/request according to your AI provider plan.
PostgreSQL (Neon / Self-Hosted) – Database hosting. A generous free tier is available on Neon; production workloads may require a paid plan as data volume grows.
